Below is a link to a few charts we use at our house. The first is our daily feeding chart. It has columns to record how much formula each baby took, what time, and whether they had a wet or dirty diaper. The second is a developmental checklist customized so that all four babies are on one sheet. It can be difficult to remember when one baby meets a milestone or has a dirty diaper, let alone four. Thus we write everything down! Both are in excel format and can be modified to meet your needs.

The feeding chart also has box we check to make sure we fed the dogs. Poor fur babies can be forgotten otherwise! You can use this box for feeding pets or other forgotten chores.
